Order and Shipping Information

All our parcels are sent by first class Royal Mail.

We currently have a minimum order value of £5.00.

Post and Packaging is free of charge on all orders over £35.00, for all orders below this value we have a standard charge of £2.00. Due to Royal Mail changing their small packet rates there may be a small supplement for bulky or larger items, this will show at the checkout stage.

We do not charge for back orders.

We endeavour to ship your order on the day it is received, if an item is out of stock we will email you to see if you would prefer an alternative, a refund or the item placing on back order for shipment when it is back in stock.
